As Legal Counsel - Strategic Partnerships you will have the opportunity to support the Booking.com Partnerships department. This department is driving a significant share of Booking.com’s overall business and is responsible for all of demand facing B2B relationships at B.com with full accountability for the demand facing B2B platform and suite of products, business development and account management, and B2B marketing. The team builds and distributes B2B products that power travel booking experiences for many partners, from airlines to banks to e-commerce platforms. Examples include American Airlines, Grab, Amazon and Citibank. The travel distribution industry is undergoing significant changes, and the department is currently laying the foundations for growth and scale in the coming years.
The Partnerships team consists of 300+ colleagues, in more than 20 offices. The business is truly global in nature, continuing to grow very fast, and represents a meaningful portion of the overall revenue. As Legal Counsel - Strategic Partnerships you will be the leading lawyer supporting this Strategic Partnership team, serving as a Business Partner to help the team in delivering on its Strategic Priorities, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
